Convenient location good value for money easy to get to
The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was cozy, tasty and felt like being at home. It was a very enjoyable visit.
The full breakfast was awesome with eggs made to order.
No elevator to second floor. Narrow hallways.
Breakfast was amazing and staff in the morning was really nice and friendly.
Was expensive for what it was in a location that was not great either. Room was very clean but small and with bare walls (no paintings nothing).
The very helpful staff The breakfast Very convenient to restaurants and shops
The toilet was not flushing well There was quite a bit of noise late from Boston Pizza, it was a Sat night No hairdryer or coffee maker in the room
Great reception staff, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast in the morning.
excellanr breakfast and congenial hosts
Family feeling, very cozy; owners are great
a little dated; air conditioning is very loud, so impossible to run at night!
The owner/operator is an active outdoor enthusiast who advocates for outdoor enthusiasts to visit and enjoy the Smither's area in all seasons and who is attempting to promote the business in all seasons as well. The full breakfast was a wonderful addition to our stay at the hotel with the owner and employees working hard to get each guest on their way well fed for the start of their next day's travels. The owner/operator of the hotel is very familiar with attractions in the Smithers region and particularly with outdoor oportunities for visitors. Staff a the hotel were accomodating and helpful.
There were no problems with accomodations at this establishment. We found it to provide excellent value and comfortable accomodation.
The location of the Inn is very convenient - we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to. A great selection of shops, restaurants, services and the museum are all nearby. We asked for a quiet room and got one! It was on the second floor and at the back of the hotel, off the highway. Very clean. Parking is free and there's lots of it. Good value!
While the breakfast was included, for a stay of 4 nights the selection of things to eat could have been better. More healthy choices like fresh fruit (in quantity) and yogurt would have been appreciated. We ended up eating 3 out of 4 breakfasts at other establishments, to get some food diversity. Also, it was great to have the air-conditioner for the heat but it was a bit dated and fairly noisy.
not much. The breakfast was OK.
very small out dated rooms old bathroom design poor security
clean rooms, helpful staff and made to order free breakfast nice atmosphere, I would recommend this hotel
older smaller rooms but very clean, small bathroom
clean, comfortable, good breakfast
no elevator. That wasn't a problem for us but if carrying heavy luggage is difficult for you ask for a room on the lower level.
Personnel were friendly and helpfull, breakfast was good.
Minimum facility for comfort. Minimum bath towels, etc. Airconditioning was old and ineffecient, price was high considering all around comfort.
Really nice family run hotel 1/2 block off the main highway in the middle of town. Gas, food, stores in the immediate area. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. No air con, but you can open the window as it gets cool at night and it's quiet outside. Great breakfast (eggs cooked to order, plus sausage and pancakes) in a restaurant setting. We really liked this hotel and the town of Smithers. Very pretty. Visit the falls.
